Guidelines for issuing shareholder earnings reports are as follows:

1. As of this year, income statements will no longer be sent in printed form and will be exclusively available in digital format, through the Portal de Documentos Digitais (PDD), a platform created that allows documents to be viewed, printed, and downloaded digitally, according to the procedures below:
   1. To access the reports, the shareholder must enter the Portal de Documentos Digitais (PDD), through the link: documentosdigitaiscustodia.bradesco and click on “Primeiro Acesso”;
   2. Enter your Social Security number and date of birth. In the case of a Legal Entity, enter your Corporate Taxpayer ID and date of foundation;
   3. To verify your identity, choose one of the options: phone number or e-mail;
   4. Enter the code you received and create your password;
   5. With the created access, enter the Social Security or Corporate Taxpayer ID and the password you registered;
2. For shareholders with their shares registered at the B3 S.A. depository, the address data considered to send the report is address registered with the stockbroker with which the Investor operates in the stock market. In case of divergence, the change must be requested to the stockbroker. For shareholders with shares registered only with the bookkeppping bank , the change must be requested at the branches of Banco Bradesco S.A.
3. The duplicate of the income report can be issued in the following ways:
   1. Account holder of Banco Bradesco S.A .:
      1. Through Internet Banking / Investments / Consultations / Income Reports.
   2. Bradesco non-account holder:
      1. at any Bradesco branch upon presentation of personal identification documents.
      2. or forwarding an e-mail to dac.acecustodia@bradesco.com.br. When requesting the e-mail, the shareholder must inform his full name, Social Security number and attach an ID copy with photo, Social Security Information and an updated Proof of Address.”
