Guidelines for issuing shareholder earnings reports are as follows:

• 1. We inform you that your Income Statement for the 2025 calendar year is now available on the Bradesco Digital Documents Portal. This document includes income declared and/or paid by the issuers of shares, CRI, CRA, debentures, BDRs, and Real Estate Investment Funds (FIIs) in which you hold positions, all of which are part of the Bradesco Book-Entry Asset Services System. To access the portal, please follow the step-by-step instructions below:

If you already have access, you must enter your CPF or CNPJ, password, and the security characters displayed on the screen.

If you do not yet have access, please follow the steps below:

1. 1. 2. Click on “First Access”;
      3. Enter your CPF and date of birth. In the case of a legal entity, enter the CNPJ and date of incorporation;
      4. To verify your identity, choose one of the available options: phone number or e-mail;
      5. Enter the code received and create your password;
      6. Once access has been created, log in using your CPF or CNPJ and registered password;
      7. After logging in, your Earnings Report/Statements will be available in the “Documents for Download” menu;

If you have any questions regarding access, password changes, correction of invalid data, among others, the investor may use the chatbot or the Help button available on the portal.

Important: The income statements include information related to issuers in which you hold positions and whose securities are recorded in book-entry form by Bradesco, referring to income declared and/or paid during the 2025 fiscal year. If you need to obtain the cost basis of any purchase and/or sale transactions, or information regarding income derived from securities lending, please contact the respective intermediary and/or executing broker responsible for the transaction, as they are responsible for providing such information.
