ADR Program
Hypera Pharma implemented its Level I ADR (American Depositary Receipt) program on May 26, 2010, aiming to expand the access to investors, especially those based outside Brazil, as well as to increase the liquidity of its shares.
ADRs are certificates issued in the United States that represent shares of foreign companies. Quoted in U.S. dollars, they provide investors with a straightforward and regulated way to access companies based outside the country. Dividends related to these securities are also paid in U.S. dollars, simplifying the process for local investors.
